Hey Kenny,

Sorry for the delay in my reply. I went out to your website and your tweet but couldn't find your e-mail so I will reply here.

the point about rearranging inefficiencies has to do wtih the fact that most of us have inefficiencies in our day though they make us feel busy we can often put important stuff in and we really only shift other stuff around. Very few people I coach are working their days in a way in which they could put important stuff in. It just seems to us often that we are crammed. It's not that we are not busy, it's rather a function of insisting on doing the important and allowing the less important (and sometimes urgent) just go to another spot.

Hope that helps.

Peace to you.

Great post Steve!
As M. Scott Peck wrote in The Road Less Traveled...."Life is difficult".
But in the darkest times are usually the greatest blessings.
Take Care,

Thanks for the post. I'm always looking to improve productivity incrementally. And one sentence struck me in your post above:

"You simply have to rearrange your inefficiencies."

Can you share a little more on what you mean by that? Rearrange vs. -- identify, become self-aware of the inefficiencies and eliminate them? The Rearrange part is interesting to me.

Thanks in advance.
